New version of plugin
New Feature
- Mattermost channel will not display frill logo without config
- support `/frill config` command admin of Mattermost can config frill in any channel
- support `/frill login` command all users can get login link by this command
- current version has not been fully tested. Feedback is welcome if any bugs are found.
known issue:
do not support "note" related event yet
