  1. Record the panel sessions

I am not sure if this is already planned? Just thought, it would be cool to record the main sessions so others can watch them later in their own time and we archive them for future reference / history :)

  2. Duvet Days

I love Simon Sinek and he has something called "Duvet Days" for his company; it's fully embedded in the company. It's really about when you wake up in the morning and you cannot face the day or work. You just cannot do it and you know fully that you won't be productive; maybe your mental state is really bad and you don't want to work as a farce and fake it. But also, you're not sick (I mean a cold / flu etc should be treated differently) and it's also not a holiday where you have a nice day for yourself. You simply cannot face the world. You take a duvet day - which is done responsibly of course. So, let's say everyone get's 3 or 5 of them per year (playing around with numbers here) - so you excercise responsible freedom and don't just let your colleagues hang when needed most. But instead of "faking" a migrane or stomach ache (not saying people do that but in case ;) ) someone could just tell the team they need a duvet day and your colleagues will understand bc we ALL need this from time to time. I think it shows much more understanding and support and gives the employee a feeling of being understood and "caught" by the team. BeXx

  3. "lead user" method / beta tester for plattforms & Apps

There was once an initiative called the "lead user" method by Susi 22/23, which involved showing selected users new things or letting them test them. The goal is to have not only ourselves test new things but also to have 'real' users properly test the new feature. Releasing something only half-tested to the entire user base has caused significant chaos in the past.

  4. Flag based language selection

I made this screenshot a while ago, just found it again. I think our language selection on kaufmich is quite unusual by web standards and for me not really usability friendly. A simple flag instead of words, would be less cognitive and more intuitive. Especially because anyone not understanding German might not even understand what "deutsch" means. Maybe something for our UX/Design Team to consider!?

  5. sponsoring innovative projects

Kick off a project-based innovation reward which awards side projects, initiated by employees. How does it work? Ideawise has a specific budget for it. Everyone in the company can submit a proposal for a smaller project through a form which will be reviewed. The most thriving one will be sponsored for a specific timeframe like 6 month

  6. Supporter Involvement in Backend Development

Integrate supporters into the development process for backend products during design, and testing phases. Facilitate communication between supporters and developers. Loop: Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous refinement. Why It Matters: This approach ensures that the backend interface is tailored to the needs of supporters, optimizing usability and productivity in support tasks. By actively involving supporters in the design process, we can create a backend interface that enhances workflow efficiency and overall satisfaction for those working in the backend.

  7. unused km$ / where do they go when the account will be deleted

When you delete your profile while still having KM$ in your wallet. You need to be offered a few solutions: A) continue and loose your balance (will be send to ideawise wallet) B) have them paid out to you (if below payout barrier, contact support) A payout of unused km$ of course only counts for escorts. As a client you cannot just ask for your unused km$ to be paid out when you delete your account. It's a voucher, you use it or you loose it. Right of revocation exists of course if unused. C) tip your remaining KM$ to someone (we could even shortlist a few of the contacts/favorites there to choose from)

  9. Home Exchange Community Website/InApp - New Product

(I was wondering if there is a possibility of returning to work on Happiness.com or the Happy App to create a new community where people can exchange their houses, flats, etc.) Alternatively, we might need to design a new product from scratch. I want to propose this idea because I have been looking to exchange my flat, and the most famous website charges a lump sum of €165 per year. What if we consider offering a monthly package instead? With a free profile, users could view available houses, and with a VIP pass, they could also download their house and start communicating with other house/flat owners to prepare for the exchange. Lastly, we would maintain our community values by creating a website or app like this but move away from the dating/adult sector we used to work in. This has a significant advantage in terms of Instagram ads, Facebook ads, and Snapchat ads, and ensures that we won't be blocked by Google or app stores, as this product is 100% safe in terms of content. :) We could even create a 'SWIP' model (where you put a Like ❤️ or Cross ❌), but instead of having face/body profile pictures, users would upload pictures of their houses, flats, living rooms, gardens, or bathrooms! It's a new way to exchange houses where people can also match based on their property. It's a fun way to choose your next holiday accommodation! Thanks for reading!

  10. Virtual Ideawise Headquarters

Acknowledging the fact that even when we are in one of the offices we are remote for a lot of people and a remote first thinking will benefit transparency and alignment how about virtual Ideawise headquarters? https://www.gather.town/ is a great example but it most likely causes data protection issues. This one work within GDPR restrictions https://www.hyhyve.com/ but get expensive quickly. There is an open source alternative that can be self hosted: https://workadventu.re/ https://github.com/workadventure/workadventure
